The Tax Season will be swinging here into full force very soon. And many of us who have been dirt poor all year long will be "Ghetto Rich" for a day or two. What will you do and what are you able to do, to better your Health and Wealth this year, and in this economy? Is there anything you can do? What have you been hoping for, looking for, or even praying for?
We all know by now that things are looking gloomy and will be staying this way for a while. We are seeing a rise in health problems everywhere through out the world today. Why well I have said it once or twice already it is because of all the crap we are eating. There is little nutritional value in the fast food and store bought foods all which are over processed. That daily value percent on those labels, well to me they are just about as valuable as that label, if you were to eat it; in my opinion.
Remember the old food pyramid, well do a search at Google today and see if you can find it, I couldn't. But I found many versions of It. Of course I was a child of the sixties and seventies where and when people still knew how to do things for themselves. Like collect eggs, and process their own meats, and baking bread or making their own pastas and spaghetti sauces daily. As well as canning and home made fresh bake goods that out shown these factsimlities of today. Oh the good old days when milk was delivered from the dairy in glass by the milk man.
Real food, from real cows, and chickens. Who were healthier then todays second stringers some of which are medicated beyond repair. Why is there a need of medication? Folks if you ever seen how your food was raised you would lose weight very quickly. We have been done in by are own daily need of supply and demand and the greed of some to profit from our wants instead of our needs.
Well we could all sit around and point fingers here and there and at whomever or whatever, but the reality is we need nutrition and we need it in a liquid form. For this form is the one which is the easiest and the fastest to assimilate or for our bodies to digest and use. We all know this deep down for we all are victims of malnutrition. And we silently go along with it.
If the Government needs a bailout here it is. They need to put heavy very heavy laws and legislation on the pharmaceuticals and start growing and processing real foods again. They need to rethink the preservatives and additives. And do away with 98 percent of them. Put people on notice of all the added salt and sugars added to all our Fast foods which they use to perverse them (their Customers). We know what and who they are too don't we? Today it is almost everything and everybody this is why we suffer from obesity, cancers, and malnutrition as well as diabetes and seizures. We are Hooked like "Crack Heads" on our poor diets and low nutritional valued foods.
Did you know that the nation "Our Nation" has a problem with pharmaceuticals in the water supply! Stop flushing medicines down the toilets! The water companies can't filter them out. These drugs were designed to be small so small that they could be digested and they are to small for the water purification systems that are in place and for the older ones which are now out dated. We are being poisoned by are own use of drugs that come out of our bodies and that we flush down the drains. If God did not make it you better be sure to know that your doctor for a fact would take it! Before you do.
So there are a few of these products out there today that supply the body with liquid nutrients. And some of these offer a chance to earn an extra income by promoting them. As Humans we mostly choose to follow the heard. For to separate from it; we then become fearful and for good cause. There is safety in numbers as well as instantaneous death when one is alone in the jungle of life.
You need to now your competition, as well as you know your self; if at all possible know them better.
Some of the strategies consist of Consumer Research, competitive/ channel research, Data Bases, Analysis, Customer segments, ie. Age, Race, Sex, Locations, Desires, Wants, Needs, Beliefs.
Your market positioning, and your ability to move within and without these positions.
Your Brand development plan.
Knowing Its/ your strengths and weaknesses. Your products, and their life spans and/or flexibility/ purpose.
How to expand your Brand / and how to license your brand.
Intelligent and Purposeful Design
Your, every communication, transaction, and public viewing and/or statement.
Now has become a testimony to you and your brand. Branding ones self can be a detrimental thing; "IF" care is not taken; and then maintained.
Damage control will be needed from time to time. As people, we tend to forget easily the good that you may have done, but will strive to high-light, and to note, and publicize the mistakes and blunders that you will inadvertently, make.
Always they will do this because we all make them (blunders and mistakes)
And we all tend to point fingers at everyone except ourselves. But note: when we do we have three fingers pointing right back at us. You need an Identity; preferably a corporate one which is professionally maintained.
Your design, will need to be of an interactive nature. Not only of a retail nature, but of an environmental one; as of yesterday we are vastly becoming a green society. Be highly visible and some what transparent.
Have you clear Sales and Marketing Strategies and Return Policies in place? Be clear; be very clear with your communications.
You cannot! I'll repeat this, you cannot do this alone! Or even within an individual world wide company. You will need to have joint venture partners and colleges.
The Demand for the Brand
Knowing this is half of your battle plan. Getting from point A to point B is not always a direct and straight path forward there is a lot of back peddling, side stepping, as well as some bowing out. There will be detours along the way.

It Must Be So or you are wasting your Time and we all have just so little of It! (Time)
After we first realize that our time is limited.
Will your customers feel the loss of your products, services, and Ideology if your were to go belie up today, tomorrow, or in the near future?
Let's face It some of us are chained to our Favorite Brands and would rather do without them, then try to use another. I know I am! I stand by my favorite Brands and their reputations and their track records.
Don't get me wrong if they fail too often; and do it continuously, their gone! But that doesn't mean I will instantly find a replacement for them. After all there is only One Coke and One Pepsi and I like certain Condiments over the others, hands down.
A Certain Mustard, Ketchup, Salad Dressing, or Cheese
And if I can't get them I very rarely will use another. Is this just me? I think not. We form bonds to our favorite brands. We are loyal in nature to those who are faithful and true to us. Or who have fooled us into believing they are.
Which is an ever increasingly harder thing, for them to do!(Fool us once /Shame on Us)
As we are highly mobile today, and bombarded with many, many; almost to many choices.
Today's Consumers are Becoming Better Aware of Their Choices!
And they are making them better, smarter, (more aware of) and faster then ever before.
You need to be adaptable and ready to go on the fly. Approachable, and Immersed in the life styles of your customers.
You will need to become a brand builder who is statistically and action minded from point of contact; to point of sale, and then some.
Today's customer wants and desires a "Relationship" with their Brand's and their providers. And the Brands of tomorrow are starting to give this to them; today.

In this world of “distraction” and “information overload” it is so easy to become overwhelmed, lose your focus, and be swept away from the things that matter most to you and that require your attention.
Here are some tips that I have come to rely on from others, that I have been trying to apply in my life to become more purposeful, about how I spend my time
1. Turn off the “Boob Tube” the old “One Eyed Babysitter” for a single day and focus on doing your most important work.
2. Check your emails first thing in the morning. Give them a quick scan. Seek out only the most important things, and then leave the rest! This requires self discipline if you don't have it Check your e-mail after you complete your other scheduled tasks.
(This one in particular has been life-changing for me!) As I work from my e-mails. I could spend a whole day there every day.
3. Start your day off with a form of exercise. A fifteen minute brisk walk will get ya started. (or even better, take a quick swim – no better way to start the day!)
4. Be obedient to the sabbath! (That means learning how to really rest and refuel – taking one full day a week as a complete recovery. One day to commune with your Father our GOD.)
5. Learn to say no! This is or has been the hardest one for me to overcome. But you must or you'll never get anything done.
6. Schedule your work week up and then learn to set a monthly schedule and build up to scheduling your whole year. Do it the first year month by month. (I spend 10 minutes every day looking at my journals.
For the upcoming weeks for me are right now basically the same. And planning time periods for work, rest, exercise, and entertainment is a must. Family get-togethers are rare within my family. So they supersede all else, but the extremely important life changing ventures. It helps me to stay focused on that which is important and this gives me the permission to say no! To that which is not.)
7. Don't answer your phone every time it rings. If it is important they will call back immediately after the first few failed attempts. They will persist to get your attention That is what those who love you do they persist to assist in getting your attention.
8. Get up early. Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise.
9. Go to bed early. Take a Partner with ya! Everybody needs some body sometime.
10. Eat a healthy breakfast if you have been skipping breakfast stop doing this! It will make you fat, tired, and irregular. Which will make you cranky and mean.
11. Clean out your closets. Get rid of things you never wear or don’t use anymore. Get rid of the unnecessary clutter through out your whole home. Stop Hording or being a Pack Rat. Give the stuff to some one who will use it, needs its, or have your self a garage sell. Meet a few people and make some cash.
12. Stop watching useless TV. Or at least cutback to no more than 1 hour per day. ( I haven't had a TV for the nearly 2 years now. And I only miss the PBS channels the ones that are actually trying to teach or inform you in some way. I am not saying to give up the entertainment channels; we all should and need to laugh. But to much of a good thing becomes a bad thing.
13. Make sure you plan a decent holiday break once a year at least. (It should be at least 10 days for it to become truly regenerative.) Go visit a cousin, a friend, or any one or no one at all, just get some where other then where you are now. The next city, state, or even another country.
14. Learn to protect your time. The data says workers are interrupted every 11 minutes. Distractions destroy productivity and complicate your life. Let family know not to call you at work unless it is absolutely an emergency.
15. Do your banking on-line pay the gas and lights, water and sewage, the garbage pick up and any and all bills possible on-line.
16. Use posts it notes, journal, keep a dairy, make lists and set your schedules . Seriously, it's amazing. The time you shall find that you never knew you had or hoped to have. In the end, it's about priority.
About deciding what really matters and “putting the first things first!” And so, as you simplify your life, an increase your productivity. This will grant your wish by giving you a greater sense of achievement.
It will also relieve a great deal of burden and it may bring you freedom and peace of mind. Someone once said “it takes a genius to live a simple life” and I totally agree with that.
Make a plan, and plan to make it! Fairy Tales Can Come True. It Can Happen For You. If You Desire It! and Reach For It! You Will Make It!

Its been a rough several weeks, but we are still here Sinbad and I we only work together well when things are running smooth and they haven't been these last several weeks. So no bother, we are up and running once again until we stumble again.
We'll have to plan for these little set backs in the future, with some ready made posts I guess? I was never to good at planning for the little set backs. I guess I should, but I feel if you plan for them they will come, but not being prepare is just as bad. Another catch 22 I guess one of those "Your damned if you do and your damned if you don't" scenarios Humm. Oh well enough of that.
I will be trying to learn some new ways to create and post my own E-Books here and at my Website so I will need to find some time to do this extra reading, as I am doing some more outside stuff at this time of the year my Pool League Nights and I am not as spry as I was a while ago this last back injury has killed the drive I had going and it is hard to get it up and running again. Starvation is a good motivator though.
Well I have the collection Station built. Now I need to find some thing to sell or promote that people wish to possess. A product or some information. See this is why I created all these pages and websites in this my traffic wheel to build a following and to earn some trust with that following so I could suggest things and info that might interest them enough to Buy them from me and my site.
But I am cash poor and I'll need some upgrades in the way of computers and programing which costs more then I can scrape up at this moment in time. So I will continue to build pages at my site and create more content for my publishers which will create more buzz about me and what it is I am doing to try and earn an income on the Inter-net.
Plus I have not reached a monthly income stability with my Adsense account and my numbers at Alexa have climb way too high again to promote a product of my own. This is work Its not hard work, but if your a poor time management kind of guy, or gal like I am or you are not highly motivated you will slowly talk yourself out of trying this venture it will take time.
To get it up and debugged too. About two maybe three years and thats only if you are working at it and keeping up with it. This time period involves you learning the specifics of the streams and then setting them in the proper order to be hit within the wheel. So time will vary with how big and how many as well as to what and how you plan to earn with.
The Web changes daily so you need stay abreast of her changes and keep your browsers and programs updated. Other wise you'll run into trouble here in there which steals your time it amazes me how little time there is in a 24 hr period any more for me. So I will also be trying to find some better ways to manage mine.
I have; like I said a collection stream and some small income streams built and in place now. I will be looking for a place to build some dams and place some power units stations. These will be landing pages for promoted products or my own products. Which I will need to integrate these products and promotions into my site and blogs and their topics. They will be related to my hobbies and interests am guessing. So keep watching, keep building, keep creating, and keep learning.

With Great Wealth comes many changes don't be afraid to become wealthy and don't fear not ever becoming wealthy. Life is about Happiness, Joy and Love. Not about self pleasure or pleasing only your self. One can be Happy with very little. But the time is now that we must become as the non believers and create wealth for all.
If you are already wealthy what are you doing for your fellow Americans? And the world? We are all suppose to be much more than we are Now! Ask your selves what I can do for my Fellow man or Mankind. Begin at Home always at Home! Strengthen your own House first and then branch out little by little.
